SHIPPING
Shipping costs are free of charge within France and the EU.
Outside of the EU: 1/ Free delivery for order above 850€, 2/ For order below an amount of 850€, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on the address of delivery.
TAXES
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes on an international delivery are non-refundable. We advise our customers to calculate and simulate possible additional costs before making an online purchase.

RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
For deliveries outside France and Europe, shipping costs on returned goods are non-refundable. Pellegrino Paris reserves the right to refuse a return that does not conform to the requirements set out below. We regret that returns that do not conform to our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without the refund being made. We appreciate your comprehension.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to do so. Returns are accepted provided the handbag is returned unused, in its original condition, and complete with all packaging elements (labels, tags, booklets or protective covers, etc) still attached.
